1. The service一、服务内容
Vellink provides local diary tools, configurable fictional personas, and AI-generated replies through a hosted gateway. AI replies may be incomplete, inaccurate, repetitive, or unsuitable. The service is for reflection and entertainment and is not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or emergency advice.Vellink 提供本地日记工具、可配置的虚构人物，以及通过托管网关生成的 AI 回复。AI 回复可能不完整、不准确、重复或不适合你的情况。本服务用于记录、反思和娱乐，不构成医疗、心理健康、法律、财务或紧急援助建议。
2. Trial二、免费试用
The free trial starts only after the first successful user-facing AI reply. It ends after three days or thirty successful replies, whichever happens first. Failed requests and background memory, title, or summary operations do not consume the user reply allowance.免费试用只在第一次成功展示给用户的 AI 回复后开始，并在三天或三十次成功回复中先到的条件发生时结束。失败请求以及后台记忆、标题或摘要操作不消耗正式回复额度。
3. Membership and fair use三、会员与合理使用
Vellink offers Pen Pal and Confidant monthly memberships at the price shown before purchase. The service may apply daily fair-use safeguards to unusually intensive, automated, shared, or abusive activity. We may adjust future prices or safeguards with notice; changes do not shorten a membership period already purchased.Vellink 提供“笔友”和“密友”两档月度会员，购买价格以付款前展示为准。对于异常密集、自动化、共享或滥用行为，服务可能实施每日合理使用保护。我们可能在提前说明后调整未来价格或保护规则，但不会缩短已经购买的会员周期。
4. Renewal, cancellation, and refunds四、续费、取消与退款
App Store subscriptions renew and can be cancelled in your Apple account settings. Apple handles App Store refund decisions. Website subscriptions, when available, can be cancelled before renewal through the checkout provider or support. Except where law or the payment platform requires otherwise, a used subscription period is not automatically refundable. Confirmed refunds or chargebacks may revoke the associated entitlement.App Store 订阅会自动续费，可在 Apple 账号设置中取消；App Store 退款由 Apple 决定。官网订阅开放后，可在续费前通过结账服务商或客服取消。除法律或支付平台另有要求外，已经使用的订阅周期不自动退款。已确认的退款或拒付可能导致对应权益被撤销。
5. Device binding五、设备绑定
A website activation code is normally bound to the first device that activates it. Vellink does not provide cross-device membership sharing. A device transfer may require proof of purchase and can be limited to prevent resale or abuse. Future iPad purchases will follow Apple and App Store rules separately.官网激活码通常会绑定到首次激活的设备，Vellink 不提供跨设备共享会员。换机迁移可能需要提供购买证明，并可能受到限制以防止转售或滥用。未来 iPad 版购买将另行遵循 Apple 与 App Store 规则。
6. Acceptable use六、合理使用
Do not automate the service, share access tokens or activation codes for resale, attempt to extract server credentials, bypass quotas, overload the gateway, or use the service to violate another person's rights. We may suspend access needed to protect the service, users, payment integrity, or legal obligations.请勿自动化调用服务、转售访问令牌或激活码、尝试提取服务端凭据、绕过额度、使网关过载，或利用服务侵害他人权利。为保护服务、用户、支付安全或履行法律义务，我们可能暂停相关访问。
7. Availability and liability七、可用性与责任
The service is provided on an as-available basis. We do not promise uninterrupted access or permanent compatibility with every device, model provider, or operating-system release. To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected subscription period.服务按实际可用状态提供，我们不保证持续不中断，也不保证永久兼容所有设备、模型服务或操作系统版本。在适用法律允许的最大范围内，相关责任以你为受影响订阅周期实际支付的金额为上限。
