1. The service一、服务内容
Vellink provides local diary tools, configurable fictional personas, and AI-generated replies through its official model service. AI replies may be incomplete, inaccurate, repetitive, or unsuitable. The service is for reflection and entertainment and is not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or emergency advice.Vellink 提供本地日记工具、可配置的虚构人物，以及通过官方模型服务生成的 AI 回复。AI 回复可能不完整、不准确、重复或不适合你的情况。本服务用于记录、反思和娱乐，不构成医疗、心理健康、法律、财务或紧急援助建议。
2. Trial二、免费试用
In the native Android and iPad apps, the free official-model trial starts only after the first successful user-facing AI reply and ends after 7 × 24 hours or fifty successful replies, whichever happens first. The separate web experience at vell.ink/try allows up to ten successful replies per Beijing calendar day and resets at 00:00 Beijing time. Failed, timed-out, or cancelled requests do not consume either allowance; background memory, title, or summary operations do not consume the native-app reply allowance.Android 与 iPad 原生应用的官方模型免费试用只在第一次成功展示给用户的 AI 回复后开始，并在 7×24 小时或 50 次成功回复中先到的条件发生时结束。独立的 vell.ink/try 网页体验按北京时间自然日提供最多 10 次成功回复，并在北京时间 00:00 重置。失败、超时或取消的请求不扣除任一额度；后台记忆、标题或摘要操作不消耗原生应用的回复额度。
3. Membership and fair use三、会员与合理使用
Vellink offers Pen Pal and Confidant monthly subscriptions for its hosted official model service. Client-side local features, and configuration of your own custom model or API key, are free. The price payable is the price clearly displayed before payment. Subscription prices may be reasonably adjusted when upstream model, infrastructure, or related service costs change. Before an adjustment takes effect, we will announce its effective date and scope through the website, the app, or the purchase page. An adjustment applies only to new orders created after its effective date. It does not affect a subscription period that was paid for, redeemed, or queued before that date: no price difference will be charged, and its duration and purchased benefits will not be reduced. Previously activated legacy benefits remain valid. Promotional prices and their applicable period are subject to the public purchase information shown at the time. The official model service may apply fair-use safeguards to unusually intensive, automated, shared, or abusive activity.Vellink 提供“笔友”和“挚友”两档月度订阅，用于官方托管模型服务。客户端本地功能，以及自己的自定义模型或 API Key 配置，均免费开放。实际应付价格以付款前明确展示的金额为准。因上游模型调用、基础设施或相关服务成本发生变化，订阅价格可能在合理范围内进行调整。价格调整生效前，我们将通过官网、应用内提示或购买页面公告调整的生效时间及适用范围。价格调整仅适用于生效后创建的新订单，不影响生效前已经完成支付、兑换或进入顺延队列的订阅周期；前述周期无需补付差价，其服务期限和已购买权益亦不会因调价而缩减。旧已激活权益继续有效。优惠价格及其适用期间，以用户购买时公开展示的信息为准。对于异常密集、自动化、共享或滥用行为，官方模型服务可能实施合理使用保护。
4. Subscription codes and refunds四、订阅码与退款
Website subscription codes enable the hosted official model service for the period shown at purchase and do not renew automatically unless checkout clearly says otherwise. Additional subscription codes may be redeemed before the current paid period ends; each new period is queued after all previously redeemed subscription periods, including when the plan changes. Previously activated legacy benefits remain valid on their applicable bound device. Future App Store purchases follow Apple rules. Except where law or the payment platform requires otherwise, a used period is not automatically refundable. Confirmed refunds or chargebacks may revoke the associated service.官网订阅码用于开通购买时展示期限的官方托管模型服务，除非结账页另有明确说明，否则不会自动续费。当前订阅尚未到期时也可提前兑换新的订阅码；无论是否更换套餐，新周期都会顺延到此前已兑换的全部订阅周期之后。旧已激活权益继续在其适用的绑定设备上有效。未来 App Store 购买遵循 Apple 规则。除法律或支付平台另有要求外，已经使用的周期不自动退款；已确认的退款或拒付可能撤销对应服务。
5. Device binding五、设备绑定
A website subscription code is normally bound to the first device that redeems it. Vellink does not provide cross-device membership sharing. A device transfer may require proof of purchase and can be limited to prevent resale or abuse. Future iPad purchases will follow Apple and App Store rules separately.官网订阅码通常会绑定到首次兑换的设备，Vellink 不提供跨设备共享权益。换机迁移可能需要提供购买证明，并可能受到限制以防止转售或滥用。未来 iPad 版购买将另行遵循 Apple 与 App Store 规则。
6. Acceptable use六、合理使用
Do not automate the service, share access tokens or subscription codes for resale, attempt to extract server credentials, bypass quotas, overload the gateway, or use the service to violate another person's rights. We may suspend access needed to protect the service, users, payment integrity, or legal obligations.请勿自动化调用服务、转售访问令牌或订阅码、尝试提取服务端凭据、绕过额度、使网关过载，或利用服务侵害他人权利。为保护服务、用户、支付安全或履行法律义务，我们可能暂停相关访问。
7. Availability and liability七、可用性与责任
The service is provided on an as-available basis. We do not promise uninterrupted access or permanent compatibility with every device, model provider, or operating-system release. To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected subscription period.服务按实际可用状态提供，我们不保证持续不中断，也不保证永久兼容所有设备、模型服务或操作系统版本。在适用法律允许的最大范围内，相关责任以你为受影响订阅周期实际支付的金额为上限。
